Ms Lizzi Lawrence

Ms Lizzi Lawrence helps clients with musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, including osteoarthritis management and rehabilitation after hip replacement surgery. She provides tailored rehab assessments and programming, and also offers sports massage, passive stretching, acupuncture and dry needling.

Lizzi is a qualified MSK Injury Rehabilitator with a First Class BSc from the University of Salford. She has five years of industry experience across professional sport, private clinics and online rehab, including three years running her own private practice in Manchester.

Her approach is individualised and evidence-based, with a focus on building rapport, helping clients feel comfortable and understood, and looking at the root cause of injury. Her interest in yoga and Pilates also influences her rehab style.
