Mr Nigel Howell

Nigel Howell uses joint and soft tissue mobilisation, including massage, alongside exercise therapy. His training focused on exercise-based rehabilitation, which continues to shape his approach.

He selects treatment after a verbal and physical assessment of each individual. Nigel qualified at Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy in 1990 and has worked at The Physio Therapy Centre since 1994. He regularly attends courses and conferences, and reads and reviews journals and books, to keep his physiotherapy practice aligned with current evidence.
