Mr Chris Dumbrell

Chris Dumbrell works with patients on post-surgery rehabilitation and injury rehabilitation, including young athletes. He designs individualised rehabilitation programmes based on each client’s needs, using hands-on treatment alongside personalised exercise programmes.

He is a qualified sports massage therapist and uses soft tissue therapy to complement rehabilitation. His experience includes injury assessment, rehabilitation and pitch-side first aid from his role with Brighton and Hove Albion FC Women’s Academy.

Chris has an MSci in Sports Therapy from Chichester University, awarded with distinction.
